 Description: Human ring finger protein 20,
or RNF20 (GenBank Acession No. NM_019592),
full length, a.a. 2-975 (end) wih N-terminal
His-Flag tag, MW = 115 kDa, expressed in a
Baculovirus infected Sf9 cell expression
system.

Assay Conditions: 50 µl reaction mix (4
mM ATP, 5 mM MgCl_2, 1 mM DTT, E1, E2, 
Biotin-Ubiquitin and RNF20 in 50 mM Tris
(pH 7.4) incubate for 30 min at 37°C. Then
add to streptavidin coated plates and incubate
for 30 min at 37°C. Add antibody against
RNF20, incubate 1 hour. Finally, incubate
1 hour with the HRP-labeled secondary
antibody.

Application: Useful for the study of enzyme
kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity
profiling.

Formulated in:  40 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0,
110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, 80 ng/μl Flag
peptide, 20% glycerol and 3 mM DTT.

Stability: >6 months at 80°C.
