a.a. 2-end with N-terminal His tag, MW
= 48 kDa. Co-expressed in baculovirus
expression system.

Application:  Useful  for Western blot analysis
and to investigate protein-protein interactions
in the EZH2 complex. 
 
Formulated in:  40 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 110
mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, 18 mM Glutathione,
3mM DTT, and 20% glycerol.

Stability: >6 months at –80°C
