Description: Recombinant human soluble BAFF (GenBank Accession No. NM_006573) is a
17.0 kDa (134 aa-285 aa) protein expressed in an E.coli expression system.

Stability: The lyophilized protein is stable for at least 2 years from date of receipt at -20°C.

Endotoxin Level: < 1EU per µg of BAFF as determined by the LAL method.
Biological Activity: Measured by its ability to stimulate human B lymphocyte cells. The ED50
of this effect is between 5 - 10 ng/ml.
