Terms of Payment

Terms of payment are net thirty days from the date of shipment. For credit card payments, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Cancellations/Changes

Orders arising hereunder may be changed or amended only by written agreement signed by both BPS and Customer. Customer may NOT cancel this order after it has been accepted by BPS.

LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

Products from BPS Bioscience are intended for research purposes only and are not intended for drug or diagnostic purposes or for human use. This warranty limits our liability to refund of purchase price or replacement this product, at our discretion, in the event the product fails to perform due to any manufacturing defect.

BPS Bioscience makes no other warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or guarantees of results. BPS Bioscience shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use, the results of use or the inability to use this product, and assumes no liability for injuries, damages or penalties resulting from product use, since the conditions of handling and use are beyond our control.
