BRD3 (29-145)
Human, recombinant, N-terminal His tag
Catalog#: 31030![]()
Size: 100 µg
Description: Human Bromodomain containing
3, also known as BRD3 or RING3L, amino-acids 29-145 (GenBank Accession No. NM_007371)
with N-terminal His tag, MW = 14.9 kDa, expressed in an E. coli expression system.
Assay Conditions: BRD3 protein (200
ng/μl) is incubated with biotinylated acetylhistone
peptide substrate (Cat. #33000) in
BRD assay buffer (Cat. #33001) in a 10 ul
reaction for 1 hour at RT. AlphaLISA
(R) GSH acceptor beads (Perkin Elmer) are
added, followed by AlphaScreen(R)
Streptavidin-conjugated donor beads (Perkin
Elmer). After 15 minute incubation at RT,
Alphacounts are measured.
Application: Useful for the study of bromodomain binding assays, screening inhibitors and selectivity profiling.
Formulated in: 50 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 138
mm NaCl, 2.7 mM KCl, 0.05% Tween-20, and
10% glycerol.
Stability: >6 months at -80°C
