NM_001093), full length, with C-terminal
His-tag, MW=277 kDa, expressed in a
Baculovirus infected Sf9 cell expression
system.

Specific activity: 41 pmoles/min/μg.
A 25 μl ACC2 reaction is conducted in a
buffer containing 30 mM HEPES (pH 7.4),
2 mM MgCl2, 2 mM potassium citrate, 1
mM DTT, 100 μM ATP, 12 mM NaHCO3
and 20 μM acetyl-CoA at 30oC for 45 min.
ATP reduction is detected using ADP-Glo®
Luminescent Assay Platform (Promega).

Application: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics,
screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.

Formulated in: 40 mM Tris pH 8.0, 110
mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, 0.04% Tween-20,
20% Glycerol, and 3 mM DTT.

Stability: >6 months at –80°C
